Published Elsewhere

As a blogger and freelance writer, I enjoy chronicling my travels. Planning a blog post or a traditional print article forces me to critically evaluate a destination. What did I like and dislike about a particular place and why?  Is a restaurant or accommodation worthy of a recommendation? This objective review helps me organize my thoughts and words into an honest and impartial critique that readers can trust as genuine.

When an editor deems my writing worthy of publication, it serves as a nice validation of my craft. But it’s even better when a reader comments that an article I put together was beneficial to them when planning their travels. I enjoy reading other writers and often rely on their tips, tricks and recommendations in mapping out my own journeys. This blog and the articles I’ve submitted to other outlets are my contribution to the collective travel wisdom.

I’m always excited to sell a story and see it in print or online. Below you can find a small collection of my favorite articles and commentaries that you might have seen elsewhere.
